We have been disappointed several times here, both with the service and the food ... not the usual MC Donalds quality. The last visit here was really our last.

Today the line at MC Drive was very long. Only 4 people are allowed in the guest room. That is controlled by the staff. Unfortunately, this notice is difficult to see - it says the opening times on the sign. The employees work under high pressure to serve all customers quickly.

Nice and friendly. Waitress at the McDrive was polite and quick. The order was complete and to our satisfaction.

Meanwhile, it has become faster, if there are always communication problems, it works well in the end

The toilets are clean .... I am not able to give more praise

The lady who takes orders for the vehicles works in the kitchen so that the driver cannot pay at the first window because it is locked. You drive to the second to the output and are then rudely asked to the Reset the first window as there would only be a cash register. End of the story. The burgers could then eat the burgers themselves. Never again to this pub.

I don't think it's so good the 2 stars are for the food, the rest was not so nice because you have to stand at the cash register for 5 minutes until you are noticed

Today was not so nice. Air conditioning off, no way to dry off in the toilet. The staff had problems with the German language, put wrong orders together and screwed us about the number of nuggets that we got with ketchup instead of sauce. The 37 ° outside temperature did not leave the employees who were still in training completely unscathed 🤔

Since the Corona time, the McDonalds has improved a lot - the citizens are warm and very tasty! In addition, we haven't had long waits for our food the last few times. Top!

I'm used to something better from other facilities. Speed ​​okay, food not complete, sauces are missing too many fries. Food was also not particularly warm and fries didn't taste good. Nobody can see me here anytime soon. What a shame!!!

Unfortunately, the German language and quality are slowly disappearing from all Mc Donald's branches. Especially in Delitzsch the quality is almost 5, food is often visually very poor, cold and often something is missing. In the restaurant itself the cleanliness is often only a 4, will probably not go to MC Donald's for the time being.

Unlike the other comments the food wasn't cold or anything. It was decent and tasty. My German girlfriend had however some issues communicating the order properly to the staff member in the Mc Drive making it so that some items didn't get noted down. About the establishment being clean or not I can't voice my opinion since I was only in the Mc Drive. The staff however seemed friendly unlike other comments shown here. But that might also have been friendly people on the shift when we happened to visit.
